Johanna was that homebuyer who loved the entire process during her own personal real estate journey. After working as a Registered Massage Therapist for 11 years, she was ready for a career change and jumped right into real estate.
Career background
Johanna pursued her broker’s designation within a couple of years after starting her real estate career, and transitioned to a management role after working in sales for 11 years. She currently guides a dynamic team in Toronto at the Danforth Bosley Real Estate office.
Johanna joined Bosley in 2005 and never steered away—she found it to be the perfect fit from the onset.
Why she loves real estate
Johanna’s favourite thing about working in real estate at Bosley is the collaborative and engaged culture. She is energized by coordinating and organizing events that bring people together—whether internally or in the community.
Her career today
Johanna currently teaches the in-house training program, Bosley U, where she enjoys mentoring and supporting our newest agents. She loves hearing about new agents’ first days and finds it incredibly rewarding to watch them succeed and thrive. Johanna is currently transitioning into a new role as Bosley’s culture and talent director.
Community involvement
Johanna has been involved with the TRREB Breakfast Program (organised via Toronto Foundation For Student Success) since 2008, where she helps to cook and serve breakfast for students in our most at risk communities so they can begin their day of learning on a full stomach. Johanna was also a previous TRREB Communication Committee member.
