Andreas is a corporate, business, media, and real estate lawyer practising in downtown Toronto since 2012. He started working in the real estate field in 2017, where he started out as a lawyer for affordable housing in Toronto.
Career background
In 2017, Andreas founded Toronto Music City, a non-profit advocacy organization and affordable housing building that doubles as a music hub for the artists in the city. Ever-passionate about helping people find adequate and affordable housing, Andreas co-founded Commonly, a digital platform which matches people to co-own property (currently in beta).
Why he loves real estate
Andreas loves working in real estate because it blends so many disciplines and fields: economics, social work, finance, creativity, deal-making, and relationship-building. He enjoys being a trusted advisor to his clients and colleagues, being able to find solutions to problems and helping them navigate complex issues.

As a lawyer with a range of skills, Andreas is passionate about learning new things in a variety of disciplines to offer better services. He loves putting together seemingly disparate concepts to create new ways of delivering products and services.
