Prior to beginning a fulfilling career in real estate, Ann worked at the CBC after graduating from post-secondary school with a journalism degree. After marrying then-president of Bosley Real Estate Tom Bosley, Ann transitioned to a career in real estate where she eventually took on the roles of mentor, manager, and vice president.
Career background
Ann has worked in real estate for over 40 years. She served as vice president of Bosley Real Estate where she wrote the original curriculum for the brokerage’s in-house training program, Bosley U. Outside of Bosley, Ann has held several prominent positions at other industry institutions. She is the former president of TRREB and CREA, and founder of Canadian Realtors Care Association.

A retired real estate agent, Ann currently serves on Bosley’s leadership team as director. She has also been instrumental in drafting real estate money laundering rules governing the industry worldwide.
