Lincoln is a leader in fruit production, grape growing, and greenhouse operations, and it’s home to more than 50 wineries. Lincoln has the highest number of farms in all of Niagara, supporting more than 3,400 jobs. The growth and success of Lincoln’s food and beverage industry is tied directly to the strength of the agricultural sector.

The concentration of beverage manufacturing jobs in Lincoln is 22 times the Ontario average. More than a third of the jobs in Lincoln’s manufacturing sector are in beverage manufacturing, principally wineries and craft beverage producers. A number of other manufacturing subsectors, including agri-tech and greenhouse-related manufacturing, have experienced promising growth in the past few years.

Lincoln is situated in one of the world’s most recognizable travel destinations, including Balls Falls and historic Jordan Village. Visitors can also access some of the very best of nature, thanks to the Niagara Escarpment and the Bruce Trail.
