Keep reading as we showcase our favourite spots, curated by Bosley Real Estate Agent Nadia Clark.

Lawrence Park North is one of Toronto’s most exclusive residential neighbourhoods in the northern part of the city. Yonge Street borders it to the east, Avenue Road to the west, Lawrence Avenue to the south, and Highway 401 to the north. The history of this area dates back to the early 1900s when it was developed as an exclusive residential area for affluent families. Fun fact – the Lawrence Park neighbourhood was originally designed by Frederick Law Olmsted Jr., son of the renowned American landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted who created New York City’s Central Park.

Housing within this highly desirable area includes large, luxurious homes and well-manicured green spaces, which are highly sought-after within the city. It has a mix of older, traditional houses and newer, modern builds. Given the family-oriented nature of this area, the neighbourhood also features several prestigious private schools.

Residents of Lawrence Park North enjoy easy access to some of Toronto’s most popular destinations, including the upscale shops and restaurants along Avenue Road and Yonge Street and the expansive green space of Sunnybrook Park. The area is well-connected with the rest of the city through public transportation, including buses and subway stations near the Lawrence and Eglinton corridors.

The neighbourhood attracts a diverse mix of residents, from business leaders and politicians to artists and academics.

Lawrence Park North remains one of Toronto’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, known for its luxurious homes, excellent schools, and convenient location near shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations. Read on to learn more!
