We’re deeply invested in our agents’ success. Bosley Real Estate offers a unique, three-tiered education program based on level of expertise to grow your skills and expand your knowledge-base:

  1. Bosley U: a six-month long, practical education for all new agents that continues with ongoing accountability coaching
  2. Consistent Engagement: weekly sessions that include agent-driven training, as well as management-led sales meetings
  3. Executive mentorship: one-on-one coaching that teaches agents how to streamline their business

We also run ongoing, company-wide bi-weekly training sessions to teach agents how to remain relevant and ahead-of-the-curve. We cover various topics from real estate-specific knowledge to social media and marketing, and often include keynote speakers.
