A Port Hope native, Lee Caswell brings a lifetime of knowledge incorporating all that Northumberland County has to offer. From the beautiful lakefront to it's magical vistas, Lee knows every inch of the Northumberland landscape.
Lee is an established Real Estate Sales leader in Northumberland but previously he enjoyed national fame as an appraiser on all four seasons of Canada's Antiques Roadshow. He has been President, Past President and Board Member of the prestigious Canadian Antique Dealers Association (CADA). Owning and operating an antiques business in downtown Port Hope for over 25 years Lee has participated in countless antique shows throughout Ontario, Quebec, New York, Virginia and Washington DC.
Giving back to the community and sharing his passion for architecture and design has always been a priority for Lee. He is a current member and former Board member of the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario (ACO), Port Hope and Cobourg branches and has acted as Chair, Co-chair and advisor for the annual house tour for over 30 years.
Having personally restored a number of historic homes in Port Hope, Lee has also consulted and created restorations and additions for a number of private clients. His expertise is demonstrated with blending the old with the new, focusing on quality and appropriate design while utilizing modern technology and energy efficient products. His work has been showcased in national magazines and newspapers, including Chatelaine, Canadian House and Home and the prestigious New York Times.
Lee brings a wealth of experience from these many areas to his Real Estate business and exceeding expectations and client satisfaction are his goals.
