The real estate business is ever-changing and I am always working to stay on top of current and future trends to help you make an informed decision.
My love for real estate ignited after years of professionally renovating commercial and residential properties in Waterloo Region. I developed a passion for taking note of the fine details that make a house a home. From there, pursuing a real estate career was the obvious choice for me. There’s a joke that Realtors® are just detectives in disguise, determined to crack the case of the noticeably patched wall in the basement, or the reason why the flooring was replaced in one bedroom but not the other two. Most days I feel that this is definitely true and I absolutely love going through that diligent process with my clients.
I also had this realization that there are very few Realtors® who get hands-on prepping the homes they sell. There is nothing I enjoy more than being able to fix those minor wear and tear deficiencies before putting my for sale sign on the lawn, or helping my clients make the place their own after closing on their new home.
