I have lived in Puslinch, Guelph, and the Kitchener-Waterloo area for over 40 years, giving me deep, firsthand knowledge of local neighbourhoods, market trends, and lifestyle considerations across the region. That local insight—combined with hands-on real estate experience—allows me to guide clients thoughtfully through buying and selling decisions with clarity and care.

As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), I have additional training to support seniors and their families through major life transitions, including downsizing and long-term planning.
