I have enjoyed the great pleasure of growing up in one of my favorite cities in the world: Toronto. Where else can you find fabulous restaurants, great entertainment, warm and friendly people, top-quality schools, beautiful parks, and cool architecture? I truly love this city, and I am proud to work daily for my clients, helping them buy and sell Toronto real estate.

Deep Roots in Toronto Neighborhoods

My local knowledge is rooted in a lifetime of experience. I was born and raised in the prestigious Forest Hill neighbourhood before moving to North York. By the time I started university at U of T, I moved to the downtown core (The Annex) and really enjoyed the lively and cool ‘student scene’.

I’ve been lucky to live all over this great city, giving me a unique perspective on the Toronto housing market:

Currently, I enjoy my morning coffee in a great part of town called Riverdale.

A Global Perspective

My very inquisitive nature has been good to me. I’ve travelled all over the world. I lived in Europe (twice), surfed in Australia, saw Komodo Dragons in Indonesia, drank dark coffee in Yemen, visited temples in India, jumped out of planes in New Zealand, rode on camels in Egypt, went hang gliding in Costa Rica, played with monkeys in Cambodia, and leap-frogged around the scooters in Vietnam. I even managed to volunteer some time in Sri Lanka, helping to re-build homes for the victims of the 2004 Tsunami.

While I love travel, my focus is here. Most of my days are spent working with delightful clients as their trusted Realtor. My daily tasks involve staging homes for top dollar, chatting with lawyers, analyzing home inspection reports, viewing properties, and negotiating contracts.

Whether I am putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to ecstatic new home owners, I love what I do. I finish my day by coming home to a super supportive husband and to my 2 barrels of sunshine, my kids, Evie & Vaughan.

Suzanne's expert and knowledge skill was a tremendous asset when maximizing the sale value of my home. I had a blank slate when I brought my home to Suzanne to sell. She advised where to renovate, upgrade, stage and redesign. Her team of movers, designers, assistants, lawyers were all 10/10.
