Born and raised in Waterloo Region, I have witnessed the area’s incredible growth and transformation firsthand. I began my career in condominium sales 10 years ago, with a strong focus on Uptown Waterloo and Downtown Kitchener, working alongside buyers, investors, and developers as these communities evolved.

Over the years, I have expanded my focus to work directly with developers on new construction leasing projects, supporting high-volume rental communities including mid and high-rise buildings, townhomes, and large-scale lease-up projects with 200+ units.

I enjoy working with a diverse group of developers, from local Waterloo Region builders to groups expanding from the Greater Toronto Area. I partner with developers, ownership teams, and property management companies to create a seamless transition from project launch through lease-up and stabilization. My value goes beyond filling units. I provide strategic marketing, project positioning, leasing strategy, tenant qualification, and operational support throughout the leasing process. By coordinating with all partners and implementing efficient systems, I help projects launch successfully, achieve strong occupancy, and establish a foundation for long-term success.
