 Kat resides in the Upper Beaches with her high school sweetheart turned husband Ryan. Together they have two awesome children Riley and Sloane and a snuggly English Bulldog named Wexford. When not busy helping her real estate client, Kat loves to travel, cook, and bike along the waterfront.
