Real estate is not a new chapter for Kanish — it is a return to roots. Raised in a family with deep ties to construction, property management, and sales, he grew up on job sites and in client meetings long before he held a business card. That foundation shaped how he thinks: in terms of long-term value, relationship trust, and the detail that separates a good deal from a great one
Before real estate, Kanish spent several years as a Consultant managing complex diagnostic projects for enterprise clients. He knows how to manage complexity, communicate under pressure, and follow through on every detail. Those skills translate directly to real estate.
Kanish works with both residential and commercial clients across the GTA. He spends his time studying neighbourhood development patterns, sale histories, and market shifts across Toronto, Mississauga, and the broader region — not as homework, but as genuine interest. He is as comfortable pulling comps as he is sitting across from a client.
Outside of work, Kanish stays active — playing basketball, badminton, pickleball, and golf, and hitting the trails for hikes with his dog.
