Kitchener-Waterloo has always been home.
Having grown up and spent most of my life in the region, I know these streets, neighbourhoods, and communities intimately. I enjoy helping clients discover the unique character and charm of each area so they can make informed and confident decisions throughout their real estate journey.
My connection to this community runs deep. It is where my wife and I chose to build our lives and where we are proudly raising our two daughters.
Service has always been part of who I am. As the son of a firefighter and a mother who dedicated her career to supporting women through crisis services, helping others was instilled in me from an early age. Combined with a lifelong background in sales and customer service, real estate became a natural fit. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions they will ever make.
Since beginning my real estate career in 2010, I have spent more than a decade guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through the process with honesty, transparency, and practical advice. My goal is to ensure every client feels informed, prepared, and confident in their decisions.
In addition to real estate, I also serve as Director of Sales & Operations for a local construction and renovation company, giving my clients a unique perspective on homes beyond what is visible during a showing. Whether it’s understanding renovation potential, estimating costs, identifying opportunities to add value, or preparing a home for sale, this experience allows me to provide insight that many agents simply cannot offer. Combined with my background in home
staging consultation, I help clients maximize value while minimizing stress and unnecessary expenses.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through a variety of sports and recreational activities, spending time with family, and taking advantage of everything the Kitchener-Waterloo region has to offer. Having travelled to more than 25 countries, I enjoy learning about different cultures and perspectives, but no matter where I’ve been, this community has always been the place I am proud to call home.
