Emilia McCormack is a Guelph native and a full-time Real Estate Agent who has been serving Wellington County, the Waterloo Region, and beyond since 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Public Management from the University of Guelph, as well as a Business Administration – Marketing diploma from Conestoga College.
Before transitioning into real estate, Emilia built a successful career in the hospitality industry, working primarily in restaurants and nightclubs, including as a part-owner of a country nightclub in Kitchener. After having children, she decided to pursue a new career path—one that aligned with her long-standing passion for real estate and her desire to help others. In 2024, she earned her Broker’s License and continues to stay motivated through ongoing learning and professional growth.
Emilia has experience selling a wide range of properties, from small condos to 50-acre farms, and is known for dedicating the same level of care, attention, and time to every client, regardless of property size or value. In 2025 Emilia joined the Sill-Ingram Real Estate Team and has enjoyed the benefit of working collaboratively with other great agents.
Deeply connected to her community, Emilia chose real estate as a way to give back. She is actively involved as a volunteer with the Guelph Little Theatre and the Grange Hill Neighbourhood Group backpack program, serves as Treasurer for the F.A. Hamilton Student Council, and supports numerous local initiatives.
Emilia’s goal is to ensure every client feels informed, confident, and at ease throughout the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing. She achieves this by providing clear communication, consistent updates, and a supportive, client-focused approach every step of the way.
