Youngest of 7 children, born in the Hammer, home to steel mills, waterfalls and the Ticats, Claire

her clients.
The daughter of an Ontario Land Surveyor and a Librarian, she understands the value of details
and determination when running a people-centric business. Claire embodies the spirit of a true
entrepreneur, bringing her energy, charm and extensive knowledge of re-sale, new-build and
pre-construction homes to her Real Estate business, building upon her healthy relationships
with local builders, developers and suppliers as well as her knowledge of residential
construction.
As a former educator, Claire is keenly aware of the value of education, preparation and planning
when it comes to being successful. Her bespoke approach to client engagement empowers and
educates her clients, guiding them forward with informed intent to achieve their real estate
goals, regardless of whether it’s a first home, a retirement downsize or just a new chapter!
Claire works with her husband & business partner, Anthony Umbrico, a native of the Niagara
Region to not only provide the best service possible to their clients, but also to give back and
get involved in their local communities.
Claire serves as a Director on both the Niagara Association of Realtors and the Niagara SPCA. Additionally, The Peninsula Group is a regular supporter of Pride Niagara, Gillian’s Place, Community Care STT, Big Brothers & Sisters Niagara, The Kristen French CACN, and Wise Guys/Gals Charities Niagara.
Outside of Real Estate, Claire is a devoted mom to 4 children, an avid animal advocate and
outdoor enthusiast, recently taking up golf, curling, and any water sports she can enjoy when time permits! She and her partner always have a property on the go, being renovated or rehabbed as part of their own Real Estate portfolio. While all the other kids wanted jobs at the mall when they were younger, Claire went straight to Beaver Lumber to start her life as a “do-ityourselfer” early.
