Cole is an accomplished real estate professional with over 8 years of experience working in real estate appraisal. Born and raised in Ridgeway, Cole left his hometown to attend university and settled in Toronto to start his real estate career. In 2022, Cole and his partner moved back to Niagara to be closer to friends and family.

Cole holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Real Estate from the University of Guelph and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia; he is currently an Associate Director, Valuations & Analytics at Oxford Properties Group.

When not working, Cole enjoys water skiing in the Summer and snowboarding in the Winter. He lives an active lifestyle and is always up to try something new. Cole started playing tennis during the pandemic as a way to get outside, but admits he is still an amateur (at best)!
