After over 15 years of teaching at various universities in Turkey, Ayza immigrated to Canada in 2019. Spending some time getting to know beautiful Toronto and Torontonians, she volunteered at various non-profit organizations such as the YMCA and the Turkish Community Heritage Centre of Canada.

Ayza chose Real Estate as her second career, transferring her great people skills into the industry. Her interest in connecting people and houses comes from her dad, who took the same path after retiring from teaching 20 years ago. Ayza assisted her with his foreign buyer clients in Istanbul, the Bosphorus region, and was charmed with the diverse opportunities in the business.
