Yonge & Eglinton | Neighbourhood Spotlight

Welcome to Yonge and Eglinton! What was once a part of the old Town of North Toronto, is also affectionately known as “Yonge and Eligible” thanks to the 20-something crowds that settled into the low and high-rise apartment buildings in the 70s and 80s. Today, that moniker is more about lifestyle than age - while there’s a youthfulness to the neighbourhood, Yonge and Eglinton is especially popular with families raising school-age children. It has everything families are looking for,  including good-sized houses, an excellent selection of public, private, and separate schools, and a multitude of parks and recreational facilities!

Bosley REALTOR® Jamie Harnish not only serves the Yonge-Eglinton neighbourhood, but has called it home for over four years and has spent the past two years highlighting and supporting the local businesses in the area! Whether you’re stopping by for the day or you’re looking to make a new part of Toronto your home - be sure to visit a few of Jamie’s favourite spots!
