For the last ten years, I have worked in research and analytics for the City of Toronto. I have built a strong reputation as a trustworthy, reliable and hardworking professional helping to develop modern techniques that make Toronto’s neighbourhoods better. I have decided to take a new direction in my career to pursue real estate because it is something that I love and have a passion for. For me a neighbourhood is all about livability, it’s important to understand transit, school districts, and crime rates, but I also love the little things that truly help a neighbourhood stand out in a City of almost three million people. The small shops, the bakeries, farmer’s markets and of course the restaurants can be tipping point that differentiate one house from another. I am always looking for a good restaurant recommendation and willing to give one in return.
